The problem with chicken wings in Ireland…

The problem with chicken wings in Ireland, is that the chickens are not pumped full of steroids. So by the time you find a place with good hot sauce to toss wings around in (today that would be Sinnotts) the wings themselves have not that much meat on them. So it’s more “fried” per capita. If you will.

But. On the other hand. Wings are available at 90% of Irish pubs. These chickens probably had happier lives than their hormone injected American friends. And. It’s Sunday. And football began at 2:30pm today. Thanks to the London game. And also. Today’s wings. Came with a finger bowl. Cuz we classy.

Happy Sunday, friends.
